Catching the Wind

Wind power is competitive with the least expensive - and most polluting - forms of traditional fuel, like coal. And it doesn't produce a wisp of carbon exhaust. So why isn't wind power catching on even more? As global warming heats up - you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
